Our goal is to process
all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and
shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM -
5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems
processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two
business days.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event
that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we
will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance
when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Return or Refund Policy &
Procedure
If you have received items
that you are not satisfied with, you may initiate an exchange or refund.
Please refer to the following instructions when returning any item(s):
• Send your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
via e-mail to laserscraps@laserscraps.com.
• Return the merchandise to LaserScraps, 9620 Victoria Drive, Chaska, MN
55318 within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.
• Send an e-mail to laserscraps@laserscraps.com advising us of the return
shipment. In order to expedite the processing of your return, please
include: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and RMA Number.
• A credit will be issued or new product sent (your choice) within 5
business days of receipt of the product in unopened, like-new condition. |
